Pretty, Happy, Funny, Real

Pretty

As of Christmas, this was my whole stack of fabric that wasn't stuffed in a plastic scrap bag. It's really pretty to have a stack of fabric that was unwrinkled and not cut into tiny pieces.

Happy

Arane looooooves to read. When we visited over Christmas, I read to her before we went to church on Sunday. She sat there for about half an hour looking at pictures.

Real

It's a Greek Bible! (Mom took these pictures.) Grandma and Grandpa sent it to me for my birthday. And the print is SO BIG! I'm used to wondering whether that splodg in ακήκοα is an accent, a breathing, a blot of ink, a stain, or my imagination. (It's an accent.) That's because Machen (the guy who wrote my Greek book) writes really long, hard sentences out of his head in miniscule print. The Nestle-Adland people put really long, hard sentences in the Bible in massive print.
