That's our faucet. It gets all shiny when it's on because it leaks.
Happy
This is a quilt I'm making for Pastor Boyer, who is in a nursing home. He's in his 60s and doesn't have very many family members to come visit him and gets bored and lonely. So, I'm making him a quilt. Dad goes to visit and give Communion and told Pastor Boyer about the quilt and he was excited.
Funny
These are all of my favorite cats (in no particular order). They're all little goofies.
Felix. He's a massive black wimp. We adopted him a couple of years ago when he was a stray kitten. Most of the cats in the neighborhood ran away from us but he'd run up and say, "Come pet me! Come pet me!"
Nausicaa. Dad named her after a character in The Odyssey. She's another stray cat which we almost managed to adopt, but moved before she could. In that picture, she's fully grown but scrawny.
Seamus. He's Lizzie and Justin's newer cat. (He's grown a lot since that picture, which was over Christmas when Benny and he came to visit and he, Benny, and Felix claimed my bed as their domain.) Lizzie says he always looks sleepy.
Benny. (Benedict.) This picture was taken when he was cute and cuddly. Now he's cute and grouchy. We caught him and gave him to Lizzie and Justin. He was another stray cat who acted like Felix. We thought he was a girl at first (Justin felt around and changed our decide--he grew up on a farm and knows where to look) and so named Benny "Princess Arjumand" after a character in To Say Nothing of the Dog.
Real
Dad doing his migraine cure on a trip. I took the picture from the back seat through the window and into the mirror. He's been getting migraines ever since Lizzie was born and I think she was the cause of them. :P They should've been transferred to Justin when they got married, but it didn't. :P
